Its Late. And the Reason Why.

My Digestion blog is started late and the reason why is that my broadband was spoilt , and it was sent to repair till today , i've tried to go to macdonalds to use Wireless @ SG but to no avail ,

But I have taken note of what i have ate for the past five weeks , and i will sum it all up in this post ,

Week 1

Monday
Breakfast : Cereal ( Honey Stars )
Lunch : Rice , With Vegetables and Salmon
Dinner : Pig Organ Soup.
4 Grain servings , 2 Meat Servings and 2 Vegetable servings , I ate too little today.

Wednesday
Breakfast : A sandwich consisting of ham , lettuce , cheese and fried egg.
Lunch : Rice and Codfish.
Dinner : Frog Legs
5 Grain servings , 5 Meat Servings , 2 Vegetable servings , but i'm not sure where Fried egg and cheese lies.

Thursday
Breakfast : Noodles
Lunch : Prawn Noodles
Dinner: Hokkien mee
5 Grain servings , 3 Meat servings , I ate too little today

Friday
Breakfast : Skipped Breakfast
Brunch : Japanese Steak , Codfish , Salmon and Fried Prawns with 2 bowls of rice.
Dinner : Had a light dinner of 2 bowls of porridge with codfish in it
6 Grain servings , 8 Meat servings , I must add some Vegetable servings in my meal to remain healthy.

I will add Week 2 to week five in another post , also i will put in week 6 next week too.
